The Fundación Universitat Jaume I-Empresa participates in the next edition of the HACKATHON FACSA CASTELLÓN as a collaborating entity.

The HACKATHON FACSA CASTELLÓN, which will take place at the Universitat Jaume I from November 26 to 28, is the formalization of a close collaboration between the tech companies (Nayar Systems, Cuatroochenta, IoTsens and Eventscase) supporting the initiative of the Asociación de Empresas Tecnológicas de Castellón, Xarxatec; always in search of the development of qualified talent, entrepreneurship and the promotion of a technological ecosystem that makes Castellón a benchmark for innovation.

It is an event in which, during a full weekend, the participants carry out challenges related to a specific theme or themes, in order to offer technological solutions to the problems raised. The theme of HACKATHON FACSA CASTELLÓN 2021 is related to concepts that mark the present today: Cybersecurity, Big data and Artificial Intelligence.

This edition will take place in a hybrid format, with a face-to-face call at the Universitat Jaume I, at the same time as another online call with conferences and resolution of challenges, as well as an invitation to join the youngest ones through the Children's Hackathon, a program dedicated to children and teenagers from 3 to 16 years old.
