The specialisation certificates have a study load of between 30 and 60 ECTS credits, while the expert certificates have a lower study load and comprise between 15 and 29 ECTS credits.

Pre-registration and registration take place in June and July (the first period) and in September and October (the second period). You can pre-register online through this section on the website of each course. You must send the documentation required by each course, and make the necessary payment to complete the registration.

In addition to the application for admission, you must submit: 1 photocopy of your degree certificate; your Academic Record; your curriculum vitae; 1 photograph; 1 photocopy of your national identity document (or foreigner identity document or passport for foreign students); A receipt for the €300 deposit for the reservation of your place. The documentation can be submitted in person at the offices of the FUE-UJI, or sent by e-mail to formacion@fue.uji.es

The directors of the specialisation or expert course will decide on access if the qualification is not officially recognised

All the courses that are taught face-to-face are taken in the Doctoral School and Board of Trustees' Office building, on the Riu Sec Campus of Universitat Jaume I.

Payment must be made in full before the start of the course. You must pay a fixed amount to reserve your place on pre-registration, and you must pay the remainder in full before starting the course.

Yes, attendance at classes is mandatory, and attendance will be monitored. The percentage of absences allowed from the face-to-face hours taught on the course is 20%.

That decision is made by the directors of each course. Students on bachelor's degree courses who have less than 30 ECTS credits pending (including the Bachelor's Thesis) can generally take it. However, those students will not be eligible for any certificate and the course will not be issued until the relevant qualification is obtained.

Professionals in the sector without a university degree who can provide evidence of sufficient professional experience (at least three years) as managers or employees in companies or institutions linked to the field of study may access the course

The credits for the subjects are ECTS (European Credits Transfer System) credits. They are a way to measure the duration of university studies, and 1 credit is equivalent to a workload of 25 hours.

Depending on each course, students can retake the subject if they fail the first time. The assessment tests during the academic year will be specified at the beginning of each course. All the subjects on the course must be passed to obtain the qualification.

It's a virtual learning environment which contains all the material necessary to take the course, and it can be accessed throughout the academic year using a user name that is given to each student.

The UJI-specific degree certificates will be issued by the rector of the Universitat Jaume I in standard formats

The fees for issuing the Universitat Jaume I certificate that accredits completion of the course are not included in the registration fee.
