On 16th November, the Universitat Jaume I-Empresa Foundation (FUE-UJI) attended a new edition of the International Congress of Ceramic Technicians which took place at the Auditori i Palau de Congresos de Castelló and which brought together more than 350 participants on 16th and 17th November.

 

The Spanish Association of Ceramic Technicians (ATC) exceeded the most positive expectations with its congress and welcomed dozens of professionals and experts from the ceramic industry. "Most of the participants attended in person, but we also had congress participants who followed the event via the Internet, for example from Italy and various countries in America, such as Peru and Guatemala," says ATC president Juan José Montoro.

 

The biennial ATC event, undoubtedly one of the most important held in the world in the ceramic floor and wall tile manufacturing sector, was dedicated, in a very special way, "to technical professionals in the ceramic sector, heads of R&D&I departments, technicians and heads of management, marketing and production departments of ceramic companies".

 

The ATC congress was held under the slogan 'Beyond Industry 4.0' and has, among other entities and organisations, the collaboration of the Universitat Jaume I-Empresa Foundation in the organising committee.
