The Fundación Universitat Jaume I-Empresa (FUE-UJI) and the Illustrious Official College of Physicians of Castellón (COMCAS) have signed a general collaboration protocol that reflects the will of both entities to promote the development of projects of interest linked to the areas training, innovation, dissemination and research.

Eva Alcón, rector of the Universitat Jaume I and president of the FUE-UJI, and José María Breva, president of the College, have signed the agreement by which the Universitat Jaume I-Empresa Foundation and the Official College of Physicians of Castellón intend to implement joint actions and contribute to the socio-economic boost of the province.

Carlos Cabrera, executive president of the FUE-UJI; Modesto Fabra, Vice President for Planning, Coordination and Communication; José Antonio Arias, chief of the Bureau-Senior Officer of the College of Physicians; and Gloria Serra, manager of the FUE-UJI, attended the protocol signing ceremony.

COMCAS is a non-profit entity, whose purposes and functions include collaboration with public authorities and public or private organizations in achieving the right to health protection and the most efficient, fair and equitable regulation of care. health and medical practice. The Illustrious Official College of Physicians of Castellón has two main functions entrusted by the legislator. One is to represent all doctors in Castellón or collegiate in Castellón before any instance. The other is to ensure the independence of the medical act and its ethical and technical quality.
