More than eighty professionals in the areas of Law and Economics and magistrates of the Mercantile Law in different courts of the national territory have participated in the IV Congress of Bankruptcy Law held for two days at the Hotel El Palasiet in Benicàssim.

The forum, an initiative that has the support of the Castellón Association of Economists, Credilex, Trademat Europe, the Benicàssim City Council and the collaboration of the Fundación Universitat Jaume I-Empresa, has made it possible to analyze the process of profound reform of the consolidated text of the Bankruptcy Law, after the necessary incorporation of Directive 2019/1023, on preventive restructuring frameworks and which represents a radical modification of bankruptcy law.
