The V International Congress of mountain races, organized by the Servei d'Esports de la Universitat Jaume I and in collaboration with Penyagolosa Trails, will be held from 21 to 23 October at the Universitat Jaume I of Castelló de la Plana, becoming again a reference in the world of trail running at international level.

This event has the institutional support of the Provincial Council of Castellón and the Generalitat Valenciana, as well as the sponsorship of the Cátedra Endavant Villarreal CF de l'Esport.

The FUE-UJI collaborates in the organization of this congress that will address various topics around these four blocks:

• Women in mountain races
• Nutrition in mountain races
• Technology and materials in mountain races (including a round table).
• Training of the mountain runner
