Duties/Tasks: Tareas de colaboración para la formación en contribuir en la atención de las demandas de los clientes de la empresa. Participar en los procesos relativos al ciclo de venta llevados a cabo por la organización . Colaborar en la gestión de los pedidos de los clientes. Preparar la gestión de ventas. Mantenimiento de la información comercial de la compañía. Petición de materiales de promoción para los clientes. Participar en la atención y resolución de las reclamaciones a los clientes. Contribuir al orden y archivo de documentación generada por el departamento Comercial.
