Duties/Tasks: tareas de colaboración para la formación en gestión integral del ciclo de vida del empleado(ayudando al reclutamiento, onboarding, desarrollo, desempeño y offboarding.) Coordinación de procesos de selección a nivel local e internacional. Asesoramiento en materia laboral, desarrollo de equipos y gestión del desempeño. Gestión de relaciones laborales y cumplimiento de normativa vigente. Análisis y reporte de KPIs de RRHH. Coordinación con otros departamentos.
