Control de fichajes, ausencias, vacaciones y turnos. Preparación de documentación para nóminas. Publicación de ofertas de empleo en portales y redes profesionales. Criba curricular. Apoyo en la coordinación de entrevistas. Contacto con candidatos y procesos de selección. Apoyo en acogida de nuevas incorporaciones. Apoyo en la gestión del plan de formación Interna. Seguimiento de acciones formativas y control de asistencia. Gestión administrativa de bonificaciones FUNDAE. Apoyo en evaluaciones de desempeño y clima laboral.
