Duties/Tasks: Tareas de colaboración para la formación en el aprendizaje y experiencia en la práctica de RRHH. Con la gestión y actualización de expedientes. Apoyo en onboarding e inducción de nuevos colaboradores. Seguimiento de asistencia, vacaciones y permisos. Elaboración de reportes y bases de datos. Apoyo administrativo al área de nómina. Captura y control de incidencias. Validación de información para prenómina. Seguimiento de movimientos del personal.
