Duties/Tasks: Tareas de colaboración para la formación en la asistencia de la selección y reclutamiento del personal. Ayudar en la revisión y actuación de perfiles de trabajo. Proceso de inducción de nuevos empleos. Registro de empleados y expedientes digitales. Asistir en la organización de eventos internos. Apoyar en programas de formación, gestiones de empleados, elaboración de informes, estadísticas, gestión de comunicación interna, implementación de políticas y procedimientos de RRHH.
