Duties/Tasks: tareas de colaboración para la formación en RRHH para apoyar al equipo de HR en tareas administrativas y proyectos internos. Renovación del plan de igualdad. Colaborar en el cierre de proyectos de automatización de procesos HR. Seguimiento horario. Gestión y actualización de beneficios para empleados. Participación en proyectos internos de RRHH incluyendo archivo, gestión de bases de datos y documentación. Apoyo en gestión FUNDAE y formación interna y posibilidad de temas de HR a nivel Europeo como parte de su desarrollo.
