Duties/Tasks: Tareas de colaboración para la formación en analizar y caracterización de las propiedades de las materias primas que se utilizan para el desarrollo de las capsulas: Materias primas como proteínas. Analizar diferencias entre lotes de la misma materia prima. Uso de técnicas como HPLC-SEC y UV-Vis, entre otras. Poner a punto nuevos métodos de análisis . Correlacionar estas propiedades con la performance sensorial de las capsulas. Analizar los resultados y extraer conclusiones.
