Duties/Tasks: Tareas de colaboración para la formación en la investigación de usuarios mediante entrevistas , encuestas y pruebas de usabilidad. Apoyar en el análisis de insights y la elaboración de personas, customer journeys y mapas de experiencia. Creación de wieframes, prototipos y flujos de navegación. Talleres de co-creación con clientes y equipos internos. Documentar hallazgos y propuestas de diseño. Mantenerse actualizado sobre tendencias y buenas prácticas de UX/UI.
