Duties/Tasks: Tareas de colaboración para la formación en la gestión de ventas, su cotización y registro del programa CRM, seguimiento y un breve análisis de la empresa. Creación y gestión de pedidos a proveedores. Seguimiento de envios a través del tracking. Actualizar anuncios y atender consultas. Facturar todo aquello cobrado y con nº de serie. Resolver posibles incidencias de postventa. Creación de campaña de emails marketing. Preparación de pedidos Recambios. Resolver incidencias postventa.
