Duties/Tasks: Tareas de colaboración para la formación en apoyar en la creación de programas de auditorias. Asistir en la realización de auditorias internas. Colaborar en la documentación de No Conformidades. Apoyar en la investigación de la causa raíz de no conformidades. Soporte en la gestión de reclamaciones clientes. Contribuir en la mejora continua. Importancia de estándares de gestión. Identificación de requisitos de clientes. Soporte en la preparación de auditorias de clientes.
