Duties/Tasks: Tareas de colaboración para la formación en el área de Sistemas/IT y en proyectos de transformación y mejora del servicio. Apoyar el seguimiento del proyecto CRM, con reuniones, elaboración de actas, registro de acuerdos. Entre otras muchas tareas de apoyo en la gestión.
