Duties/Tasks: Tareas de colaboración para la formación con el soporte en desarrollo del área de clientes en al plataforma web. Colaborar en la implementación de módulos para que los usuarios puedan modificar su información, consultar reservas y participar en sorteos automáticos mediante cron. Apoyo en UX/SEO. Colaboración en herramientas internas y en la consulta y manejo de grandes volúmenes de reservas. Colaborar en la generación de reportes y análisis de datos. Testing y QA automatizado con la implementación de pruebas automáticas para asegurar la calidad de las aplicaciones. Documentar procesos de validación y pruebas.
