Duties/Tasks: Tareas de colaboración para la formación en proyectos de implantación de herramientas Lean: problem Solving, TPM, VSM, 5S y gestión de equipos autónomos. Desarrollar competencias clave como el liderazgo de equipos multifuncionales y la coordinación de actividades en planta. Conocer en profundidad el proceso de fabricación , desde la materia prima al producto final. Apoyar la identificación y análisis de oportunidades y mejora para optimizar la eficiencia y la calidad.
