Duties/Tasks: Tareas de colaboración para la formación en una gestión integral de pedidos del mercado internacional y exportación, con el objetivo de ser ágiles, aportar soluciones, mejorando la experiencia del cliente. Gestión de pedidos y cargas del mercado coordinando con almacén. Correos electrónicos, llamadas clientes y representantes de nuestras marcas. Incidencias relacionadas con la venta y carga de productos. Archivo digital de la documentación y cargas en aplicación DOCUMENTALE. Control y seguimiento de la cartera de pedidos. Reclamación de pagos en colaboración de Contabilidad de clientes. Gestión de documentación de exportación.
