Duties/Tasks: Tareas de colaboración para la formación en realizar el desarrollo de productos, así como resolver las peticiones de los clientes, atendiendo para ello a las tendencias de mercado, dando soporte técnico/grafico y siguiendo las directrices marcadas por la empresa. Realizar conceptualizaciones de nuevas propuestas de producto con el fin de satisfacer al cliente y sacar tendencias al mercado y conseguir los objetivos del departamento. Realizar las asistencias a clientes, captando sus necesidades y elaborando todos los procesos necesarios para su satisfacción, siguiendo para ello las directrices de la empresa . Desarrollar modelaje a nivel gráfico y cerámico.
