Duties/Tasks: tareas de colaboración en la formación con la revisión de actas. Análisis de liquidaciones económicas. Preparación y envío de convocatorias, liquidaciones y actas. Elaboración de presupuestos ordinarios. Redacción de escritos, cartas, respuestas a reclamaciones, contratos, etc. Gestión de la facturación. Atención a visitas y reuniones( propietarios, proveedores, etc.) Control de la morosidad y de la liquidez de las comunidades. Resolución de dudas e incidencias del equipo del despacho. Dirección y control general del despacho, incluyendo tareas propias de gestión.
