Duties/Tasks: Tareas de colaboración para la formación en varios puntos como Compliance y formación corporativa. Conocer el sistema y colaborar en tareas de apoyo. Secretaria Legal y Gobierno Corporativo. Dar apoyo en la preparación y revisión de actas, escrituras y otra documentación societaria. Gestión Mercantil y Contractual. Apoyar en Contratos vinculados a la actividad de la compañía. Integración en la actividad diaria. En la fase final de las prácticas, integrar los conocimientos adquiridos. Conocer la dinámica de trabajo de Asesoría Jurídica en una empresa Industrial.
