Duties/Tasks: Tareas de colaboración para la formación en atención y resolución de consultas, responder dudas y preguntas a clientes sobre productos. Gestión de incidencias, manejar quejas y reclamaciones. Ayudar a realizar y hacer seguimiento de pedidos, asegurando plazos de entrega.
