Duties/Tasks: Tareas de colaboración para la formación en atención al cliente, atendiendo a consultas telefónicas y por email, proporcionando información detallada , incidencias o reclamaciones. Promoción desde la oficina a nuestra red de clientes, pasando correos, llamando para concretar ventas. Soporte en equipo de ventas, apoyo a los comerciales con presentaciones, informes y gestiones administrativas. Gestión de base de datos, actualizando. Reporting y Análisis básico, generar informes de ventas y seguimiento de pedidos, aportando datos clave para entender el rendimiento y detectar áreas de mejora.
