Duties/Tasks: Tareas de colaboración para la formación en la gestión de ofertas comerciales y pedidos de venta, apoyando al equipo en la atención al cliente. Seguimiento y control del correo electrónico relacionado con solicitudes de clientes. Supervisión del estado de los pedidos pendientes de entrega, asegurando la correcta trazabilidad. Elaboración, análisis y depuración de datos mediante hojas de cálculo en Excel. Organización y control documental de los albaranes de entrega a clientes. Apoyo general en tareas administrativas vinculadas al servicio de atención al cliente.
