Duties/Tasks: Tareas de colaboración para la formación en la implantación de Odoo, parametrización de módulos. Tareas contables. Análisis de procesos de negocio de los clientes. Trato directo con clientes. Resolución de incidencias funcionales. Dirección y seguimiento de proyectos. Formación a usuarios finales. Documentación de procesos y manuales de uso. Testing funcional de módulos antes de la entrega al cliente. Colaboración con el equipo técnico. Soporte post-implantación para asegurar la satisfacción del cliente.
