Duties/Tasks: tareas de colaboración para la formación en asesorar al resto de departamentos de la refinería para la planificación y control de plantillas, organización, reclutamiento y control de personal, evaluación del desempeño y desarrollo profesional. Dar apoyo en procesos de comunicación interna relacionados con PYC generales para la plantilla, como anuncios, incorporaciones, cambios de funciones y/o responsabilidades.
