Participants who wish to give a 20 minutes talk (including discussion) must proceed as follows. They have to submit an abstract of their talk before April 15, 2013, according to the instructions listed below. The Scientific Committee will notify the authors about the acceptance of their contributed talks by April 30, 2013. The author of the accepted talk should be registered by May 31, 2013.
The abstract of the contributed talk should be written using the LaTeX template available here. Its length should not exceed one page. This abstract must be sent to the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
Abstracts of accepted papers will be available at the Conference website and will be delivered along with documentation to all participants.
Once accepted proposals communications, authors should submit the final texts of the same, before May 31, 2013,
through following email address: email@example.com.

At least one of the authors of the communication is to be recorded in the CEDYA and orally present it at the conference. The final texts will be provided to participants in electronic form at the beginning of the Congress.
